Since founding the company in 2010, he has been passionate about delivering reliable janitorial and commercial floor maintenance services through consistent quality, excellent customer service, innovation, and sustainable practices. 

Rich is married with six children and enjoys Hurricanes hockey, camping, and spending time with his family.

Professionally, my focus has always been on delivering a high-quality, exceptional service experience. I am thankful for the opportunity to lead a company that celebrated 15 years in business in 2025.

Since joining Regional in January 2020, Shaun has been a valued member of the team and now leads the company’s flooring division, which specializes in hotels and other commercial properties. He provides steady leadership, guiding projects and supporting his team.

Outside of work, Shaun is a devoted father to his son, Jayden, and a lifelong New York Yankees fan, a passion rooted in his Connecticut upbringing.

As Office Manager at Regional Facility Services, Michelle plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly each day. With a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine care for the team, Michelle helps create a welcoming, well-organized, and supportive work environment for both employees and clients. 

When she steps away from the office, Michelle enjoys quality time with her children, often exploring music venues, local parks and new restaurants. 

Vanessa is a dedicated and results-driven professional, where she plays a key role in helping businesses maintain clean, efficient, and well-functioning facilities. Known for her strong work ethic, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset, Vanessa brings passion and reliability to every project she supports

Graduated from North Carolina Central University (NC CU) with a BA in psychology. Nearly 30 years of management experience. One daughter in college to be a school teacher.
